The Erasmus+ annual budget is set to increase by 10%, taking the total funding available to UK organisations to almost 145 million euro in 2017.

The announcement was made at the Erasmus+ UK annual conference held in Cardiff on 23 November 2016.

Ruth Sinclair-Jones, Erasmus+ UK National Agency Director, said: “We’d like to encourage more and bigger applications across the UK for 2017, to take advantage of the higher levels of funding available.”

She added: “2017 is the first year following the EU referendum result and we’d like to emphasize that successful applicants in 2017 will be awarded funding for the duration of their project.”
